You promoted that it had a sofa bed and did not.They no longer offer so forbids and just not sleep.Three, and only slept too. The pool was closed the whole 4th of July weekend. No housekeeping was offered the whole weekend. I had to call an ask for towels and washcloths. The only thing this was satisfactory was the breakfast. Not sure if I would use a speedy again because it was misreputation. And definitely would not stay at that hotel again

Breakfast was very good. Hotel was nice and clean. Especially liked the fact that they supplied the bathroom accessories, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The air conditioner was leaking in the room but the front desk explained why and had towels for me to put down. Also the bathroom shower doors would not stay closed. They kept rolling open. The other thing was there was only one small garbage can in the entire room. It is a very nice hotel for the price. Will stay there again.

This was a terrible experience and I was told I would receive a refund and never did. The pool, reason we booked this hotel over another, was closed due to chemicals. Our room had a broken AC unit. We asked to have it fixed or another room around 2pm when we left. We came back at 10pm to find the AC was still broken even when they said it was fixed. The room was 80 degrees. There were 3 of us and they could only get us another room with 1 bed. We had to wait until 11pm to get extra bedding so one of us could sleep on the floor. Again a refund was promised especially since they couldn't get us the room reserved and after several attempts to contact them, no refund was issued.

Front desk person was outside smoking on multiple occasions. The lobby and dining area were both uncomfortably hot. Our room a/c did not work and they moved us into another room. My mom slept on the pull out couch which was all metal and it hurt her leg. The pool was unavailable to use. The hotel did remove one night stay for our troubles We stayed 3 nights because there weren't any other options close in Turnersville.
