1. DO NOT plan your stay on a Friday - Sunday especially on a holiday weekend & spring break for familes with young children/infants who came to visit the aquarium.
2. You will NOT be checked in/taken care of from the front desk for a minimum of 1 hour or more; so expect to wait. SHOULD of had 2 agents' to check in guests. The lobby was full of guests that had to wait for 1 person to check everyone in & all came with issues of their own (3rd party vendor, room key did not work, etc.)
3. Very understaffed ESPECIALLY at the alloted Check-In time on a Friday during a holiday weekend & spring break with children and/or infants.
4. If you are a mom with an infant and you breastfeed and/or make formula DO NOT EXPECT your fridge that inside your room to work. Called the front desk & was told it is a low cool, had it on for 4 hours & not even a water bottle alone was cooled. Had to make shift a cooler & grab ice few times to keep the milk cold so it would not spoiled.
5. Training of staff for checking in was UNACCEPTABLE. Especially for the possible scenarios that could of gone wrong, went wrong on this day.
