Restaurant dinner staff was excellent, as was the food. Room smelled of smoke when we arrived. There’s no bathroom fan, but the smell dissipated after a while. Though the gym rules ask you to wipe down the equipment, there are no supplies for that on the gym. Treadmills need maintenance (they are slooooooow). Most of the parking spaces are out back, but the handle was broken on one door, and our key wouldn’t work in the door by the pool, so we still had to walk around to the front. People outside talking and laughing it up at 2am was a bit annoying. TV was odd in that I had to turn it off and on if I wanted to change the channel after watching something for 10 minutes. Stay was okay, bed was comfortable, towels and bathroom were clean, staff was always pleasant and the amenities were good and it was a good, safe, place to sleep.

I had a very hot and cold stay. The room was clean but there were some functional issues. We got in late and we're not expecting to have to pay an upfront $100 at the counter before we would be given our room keys. Our whole trip was paid for ahead of time and nowhere ever mentioned a $50 a night extra charge. The main problem was the ants. We stayed on the 5th floor, we had gotten some food and set it on the kitchenette counter overnight. When we went to eat it in the morning there were hundreds of ants all over our food, counter, floor, and closet. No idea where hundreds of ants came from on the 5th floor. Maintenance took like an hour to come up and deal with them. After maintenance left, all the ants just came back so it was no use. The shower had bottles of soap called to the wall, but one was falling off and barely hanging on by a few strands that looked like stretched cheese. We mostly just stayed in the beds while we were there because the ants were everywhere. The hotel seemed nice but the wall paper peeling in all the halls and ants eating our food really made us not enjoy our stay.
