Disgusting and dangerous
This hotel room was genuinely horrific. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold a d about to collapse due to a leak above. Water squished out from under the laminate flooring with every step. We saw a roach in our room. Even the smoke detector was disconnected. Do not stay here. Even at the low price we paid it was way too much. I dont know how this place has survived health and safety inspections, if we would have been able to find alternate accommodations we would have.

My husband and I had to get a different room because the first one had roaches. There was only one towel & washcloth. There were marks on the walls and ceiling the staff was kind but I most likely will not stay here again.

The staff gave me a $5 dunkin gift card and asked me to leave a review. The staff was friendly, but the hotel is deplorable and crawling with roaches. I believe they gave me the best room they had available. I WOULD go back if I was desperate.

The tall slim indian receptionist is horrible, zero manners, arrogant and lack understanding of standard customer in the USA. The class system practiced in india is still very much in him and he operates on those lines. Gave us a smoking room and refused changing a room even when we told him one of us was asthmatic.

Medium size room with extra large fridge and micro
Clean medium size room that has clean extra large refrigerator and extra large microwave. It also has new electric stove, however there are no pots and pans (I believe these can be provided if asked for). It is under new management and is a little quieter than my last stay. As with some of the other rooms I've stayed in here, the shower Curtain is a little short and the bathroom floor gets wet. This could easily be correct with a new shower curtain and "shower curtain extenders."

Front desk staff tried to scam us at check-in. The Red Roof website for this location specifically states there is no pet fee, but when we checked in the front desk clerk tried to charge us a $20 per fee, claiming it could only be paid in cash. We didn't have cash on us so he dropped it. There were also cockroaches in the room.
