Hotel nice, guests not!
The hotel was overall nice but I was on ground floor and whomever was on top of me was very disturbing. Had to contact office a few times. I thought maybe they would offer to switch rooms but did not and I already felt bad complaining. But it really was that bad. Other than that it was nice, clean and comfy. I would prefer a bath tub and a hot tub. The pool was nice and free breakfast was good. Next time I am not staying underneath someone. I was awaken at 5 am as well by banging. Pay too much money for all that.
