Late night altercation in the parking lot- No security came. Prolonged shouting and running little kids in the hallways at 5 AM. No security. Property is clean and comfortable. WiFi very poor. Staff very nice.

The bed was not sturdy and the shower curtain rod was not properly installed causing the shower curtain to constantly slide open from both sides.

nice staff, terrible porta crib and rollaway bed
Nice clean breakfast area, helpful kind staff, average to below average food. Large spacious room, comfortable bed, good climate control. Our room was missing the light filtering blind in window, shower rod incorrectly installed so shower curtain slid to middle of rod - lots of water on floor. Had a baby with us, requested a porta crib, it was dirty and old, also requested a roll away bed, it was about 50 years old (looked like one my grandmother had) in terrible condition. behind the desk girl was embarrassed to give it to me. Biggest complaint, the first floor is for guests with pets, our room was on first floor, alot of pet hair on floor - we sneezed all night long. found out in morning it was a pet friendly room. To their credit the staff did come in right away and clean the floors. If you are allergic to pet hair you NEED to know the first floor houses pets for those traveling with them.
