It’s a place where people live (crackheads) and the place reaks of weed! The police have been here twice and the ambulance once. We Checked in and left till bedtime we came back just to sleep and leave. So we have been here literally 10 mins and both times cops and and ambulance! Not a place you want to stay!

The room smell like cigarettes the smoke detector was covered
This is truly one of the worst Red Roof Inn’s I’ve ever stayed in before. The property was poorly maintained outside and inside of the rooms. The sheets were stained and had cigarette burn holes-I had to disinfect the bed and pillows. The towels were stained, the air conditioner covers were all kicked off on the outside of every room (on my side of 246), it was smoke ashes and no cover on the side of the AC in my room so I wasn’t able to use it. There was also such a horrible smoke smell inside my room that didn’t go away until my second night. My first night was extremely cold and the heat didn’t work so all we had was the sheet provided not even an actual blanket or comforter like normal. Microwave was broken inside the room and the fridge wasn’t working either. Only two outlets worked and all of the lightbulbs need to be replaced- my eyes were really strained trying to see inside the room. NOT satisfied with this visit. Then at checkout it was like there was a party in the office not professional or helpful at all. Check-in was the best part with the nice man that was covering for his co worker who was late. I know I can’t blame the actions of the guests on the company but it was so many people yelling at all hours and banging on doors close to mine my daughter didn’t feel comfortable most of the time. My one good note is that the bathroom was clean.
One of the worst Red Roof Inn properties that I've ever seen. Several things were broken or not working, including a lamp and the phone. The faucet in the bathroom sink was broken and the bed cover had cigarette burn holes. Plus, it was supposed to be a non-smoking room but smelled of recent smoke.
Check in with TJ was awesome. Pretty much everything else was less than average. Cleanliness inside, outside. Disrepair from door locks to the dresser. Trash everywhere outside. Roaches inside. No remote for TV.
This type of management of the property will KILL your brand!!!!!!!!
