We ended up not even staying in this hotel. The front Desk personnel was less then helpful. We entered our room and three of the four lights were not working. The room was stripped of all amenities, including the basics of alarm clocks and ironing board, etc. the same items that were in a very large sign next to the desk that said if they would removed, we would be charged for each item. When I brought all of this to the attention of the desk, she just said so you wanna refund however, when I asked for it, I was told that I could not have one and another room was not offered. In addition the outside doors to the hotel were equipped with a keypad but did not require your key to open. Every door was wide open so anybody could walk through and into the building. It was not safe. We were also confronted in the parking lot by someone who was staring at us and approached the car only to then spit on the car for no apparent reason. Once again there was a large sign on the front door stating the hotel was not responsible for any damages to cars in the parking lot. Overall, I did not feel safe or that I was offered what I booked. We promptly checked out and found another hotel. I will never use Expedia or red roof again.

Everything in the hotel had an awful smell. I reserved a superior king bedroom and the bed looked like a queen bed and once you laid down the mattress had a hole so when you laid down you would go down as well. The room was small and the shower had hair in it & on the bathroom floor there was like a shoe print. The shower head has a lot of oxidation. There was dog hair on the carpet. There was a burnt spot in the bed sheet. The bed had a weird smell. The chair for the table was literally all peeled off.
WeThe parking lot could eat your car if your not careful. A lot of screaming and yelling (adults). Kids running up and down the halls. Very old building. Sheets and towels were clean. That the best compliment. The staff member that I interacted with was friendly but complained I checked in so late. It was only about 9pm. We spent the day at an amusement park and had to eat before checking in. Not unusual circumstances.
