This hotel 's location is ideal; it's located where several highways converge. However this makes for sleepless nights because of the traffic noise. With the location advantage you have the traffic noise! The breakfast buffet served something different each day; sometimes a quiche; bacon; or frittata. Fresh fruit, cereals, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, yogurt, coffee & juices along with make your own pancakes available at each breakfast. Unit 203 had a peculiar odor; we opened the windows each morning after turning off the a/c (2nd floor of building). When Susan asked us about our stay, I informed her how dirty our unit was. It needed a good spring cleaning! The housekeeping supervisor took care of most of our concerns immediately after speaking to Susan who is the general manager. Two concerns not addressed were; no stopper in the bathroom sink & no stopper in the tub. The bathroom sink had a toothpaste cap lodged in the drain from a prior customer. This wasn't really what we wanted to see while washing our faces or brushing our teeth. I thought the housekeeping supervisor would notify maintenance of this unit's lack of stoppers. She may have but they never showed their faces. Another issue, which is a fire safety concern, is that the fire doors on all the floors we saw were propped open all the time. This happened although there was signage beside each door which clearly said "these doors to remain closed".

No air conditioning. I was with a bridal party, so embarrassing. Our hair and makeup was sweating off before we even left for the wedding. We were told we were being refunded and never was. This room was overpriced to begin with but having to get your hair done with hot tools when the thermostat says it’s 80 degrees in the room was just awful and the bride was so upset.

This hotel was fine for an overnight stay. The property had a smell to it as well as the interior of the room with some stains on the carpet and curtains. Overall, it could use an update and deep clean as it is a pet friendly hotel. Staff was very friendly upon check in.

Best stay we have had in a while. Me and my family had a great stay. Ava was so accommodating and she stood out to me and my family for all the help ahe gave us. Shopping in thos area is great and convenient as all major stores were in cloae proximity. Overall a great experience and stay.
