The stay was ok . However, not sure if the cleaning staff cleaned the toilet because there was dried uranium around the back of the seat cover. Also, there was a used hair tie with hair on the carpet near the desk. I assume that the carpet was not vacuumed.

The property was okay but the staff there wasn’t. Particularly the manager. She ruined the holiday stay for my self and another family because of her nasty attitude. She failed basic knowledge of customer service when she approached guests at the pool and started an unnecessary confrontation because she was not prepared and had a nasty attitude. She needs to be reminded that you get the energy that you put out there and that in the end the customer is right. I would never want to go back

Not good at all

We got there and the rooms temperature stayed at 78 degrees when the thermostat was set to “65”. Sheets were stained. There was a yellow big stain and multiple stains on all sheets. Told them about it and maintenance came and told us we’d switch rooms. We waited an hour and heard nothing back. Eventually we switched rooms. The next room was slightly cooler. But the bathroom was DIRTY. Hairs on the walls. Stain on the toilet. Rusted shower head. The water pooled the entire stay. We had already spoken to them at least three times in regards to the previous room. To wait another hour or more to switch? We couldn’t. We had things to do. Wi-Fi barely worked as well. One member of staff was friendly but maintenance around there really needs to be done.

With not handicap accessible, we are two individuals with different injuries, and the room was not handicap accessible when you were in the shower the floor got all wet and it was very slippery. The wheelchair would not fit through the door so I am a quadriplegic. I had to literally get out of the chair and walked inside the room. Which made me fall We will put on the seventh floor with only one elevator working which every time you left the room you need to wait a long time to get an elevator and when you want to go back to the room again you had to wait in line to use the elevator. It was a very noisy floor and when we first got into the room, it smelled like straight up smoke. I will not refer this Hotel to any of my friends and family. I am very disappointed in the quality and when I talked to reservations, they were like it’s handicap accessible all your needs will be met but they weren’t if there was ever a fire we would’ve burnt in the room because you can’t use an elevator and you have to use the stairs and how is how does a quadriplegic and a handicap woman with a walker climb down the stairs impossible I would appreciate it if Last thing Air conditioners were not working properly somebody would please give me a call back at 203-2909228 thank you I also spoke to front desk staff and told them everything right when I got there i called the front desk to let them know about the smoke they documented that

Very poorly maintained property. Carpet in my room felt sticky and dirty. Smelled like smoke and marijuana. Nothing good to say about this place. Should have just stayed in the Westin for the extra money. This place was awful.

Everything was deceitful. They offer a menu online that is not available. The lobby is beautiful but that is about it. The room was old and not updated. Chipped tub and doors and just disgusting. We also got double charged and I am still waiting for my credit. Would never go back!!

Check in was fine. The lobby was nice. I had reserved a room with two queen beds. The first room I was given was on the 9th fl. It was nice but only had one bed. We went down to the lobby and was given a 2nd room after the person working blamed it on hotels.com entering the wrong info from the reservation. The 2nd room (6th fl) was not so nice. It was very hot. The beds were definitely NOT queen. We turned the air on and it was not working. I went back to the lobby. I was told that hotels.com lists queen beds when in reality they don't offer queen. For the AC problem, they would send maintenance. The maintenance worker came, changed a filter, looked at us and said "let's see what happens!" I explained that we would were very tired from traveling. He said, I will tell the front desk. About ten minutes later, the maintenance man came back tot he room and told us to move rooms again. We went to a 3rd room. It wasn't very clean, but the air worked so we stayed. I would like to add that when you go to their website directly, they clearly offer queen beds. Their beds are full size, not queen. Hotels.com needs to know that his hotel blamed you for the wrong room assignment and also misrepresenting the beds in the rooms. Ridiculous! Don't be fooled! The lobby is the nicest part of the hotel.

My husband and daughter arrived and were told their room was given away on a lower floor so they were relocated. They went up to their room where their key didn’t work. They went down to the front desk and got another key. Didn’t work. Waited 30 minutes to get help. When someone arrived, they used a master key and let them in. My husband never received a room key for their stay. They were stuck. Thankfully, they were there one night only, but it’s not acceptable to not even get a key. When my daughter got up to take a shower, it took forever for the water to get warm enough to get in and the water pressure was a trickle. Stay elsewhere.
