We went there for a very short stay. Even though the property looks new, the interior carpeting was pathetic and the most disgusting experience was the strong stink of weed in the hallways which permeates into the room too. The was was matter of fact kinda demeanor....they were not rude but ...lacked basic courteous services. Never going there again.

The property was in a great location, the price was reasonable, and the indoor pool was the deciding factor for us. When we arrived in the rooms, there was no soap, insufficient towels for 2 people (one bath towel and 2 face towels, no washrags), and the desk chair was broken. There were no hangers in the closet. There was a large brown stain in the tub, which looked disgusting. When we went to the pool, there were no towels in the towel cubby there. The guy at the desk resolved all of these issues for us but the number of issues drove my rating down to 3.The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast food was tasty.

The place is ok. I have been in worse. But, I did not like when the desk clerk said my room number out loud. That could make for a dangerous situation. Also, I requested a two queen bed room. They gave us a room with 1 bed. The peep whole in the door is huge. I had to stuff paper into it. Probably would not stay here again.

I was disappointed the tv didn't have Bluetooth so i could mirror my phone for a meeting. Additionally, the toilet wouldn't flush fully several times... no backup thank God. I called for service at 1030 and the phone just rang and rang. After several times, I gave up.

Him and i would go here occasionally tonjust spend time together and we both thought it was very comfortable. It was clean.but one thing is that they didnt give uss too many of is towels.

The only thing i didnt really like during my stay was that they dont give you the right TV remote so you cant use HDMI. I had planned to binge some shows and movies with my partner and unfortunately was stuck watching cable. They did it on purpose and that really sucks.

Staff was not hospitable, 3night stay did not clean room, very noisy in both on both sides late at night, toilet was leaking. I could go on. I would not recommend this so called hotel to anyone. I would not even have it on your site.

Broken closet door, broken toilet paper holder, broken bathroom door handle could not close door, area behind bed was very dirty, toilet wouldn’t flush properly, ripped shower curtain, stained mattress.this room had a very bad odor . I reported some issues to the staff but nothing was done

The stay was terrible. The room was filthy. The shower nozzle was caked up with dirt and residues, we didn't even take a shower. I thought I was in a migrant shelter because of the shady appearance and random people in the check in area.

This property needs to clean thoroughly, there was an old mattress in the hall, the pool had blood stains on the wall and there was a mouse in my room. I left earlier than my check out. This experience was horrible
