Appeared that some people lived there… Noisy sewer cover in parking lot that was loud and audible in room every time someone drove over it. Also, could hear every car that drove past on the road! Then at 10am in the morning, a man POUNDED on my door! I was just out of the shower, so I went to the door wrapped in a towel and tried to yell through the crack of the door. He did not hear me, and kept pounding on the door! Through the people I couldn’t really tell who it was except that it was a man. About 10 minutes later, a woman knocked on the door. Afraid, I did not open the door, because checkout was not until 11 AM. At 10:45, I was leaving the room, and the man and woman were just several feet from my door when I left, and they appeared to be a housekeeper, and possibly a manager of the hotel, and ask if I was leaving, and I said yes. They were very nice. But I was very scared when they were pounding on my door. The hotel did not provide do not disturb signs. But I feel that no one should’ve been pounding on my door before 11 AM checkout time! I was traveling alone, a female, in a strange area, and it made me afraid.

I was skeptical at first with all the negative reviews but honestly this place was great for what we needed if for. Went to a concert at Soaring Eagle, room was clean, staff was friendly at check in. Place is a little older with some signs of wear and tear but overall it was great for the night.

Very run down, the room was clearly previously smoked in, burn holes in the sheets and the mattress was badly stained. Didn’t see any bugs but definitely didn’t feel clean. Very close to soaring eagle waterpark, had good amenities around it but needs to be updated and cleaned better.

Room was very outdated, disgusting, dirty and scary. Definitely would not recommend or go there again. People live in some of the rooms and hang out there all over. They look like crackheads. Very dirty. Bed very uncomfortable and only only 2 flash pillows on a king bed. Cold water for a shower in a dirty tub with no water pressure.

The room itself was clean, just very dated. However it smelled like a pack of cigarettes inside. The outside was very rundown. Trash and cigarette butts everywhere.

It wasanold motel that was in dire need of some upgrades and fairly dirty, had on brand new white socks and with just an hour or so of walking around on the floor,they were black on the bottom.For the price we paid, could have stayed in one of the nicer places in the area. I would never go back there again or recommend it to anyone!
