Comp breakfast: butter too cold to spread on waffles, juice machine out of order for past 2 years, swimming pool not clean or open. Low Retaining wall need clear markings to be seen day or night.

My family and I stay here once a year to attend our family reunion in town. It’s nice for the cost but need some major improvements. Swimming pool is never clean or open. Juice machine has been broken for at least 2 years.

Too cheap for me

Carpet was atrocious, furniture was falling apart key lock on door didn’t work, had to go get them to let me in my room for 3 days straight. They advertised breakfast which turned out to be cereal and waffles. I didn’t bother. Room is cleaned every other day. I won’t be back.

I want to start by saying I travel pretty worldly, frequently, & I’m not at all a hotel snob. I have stayed in this location several other times, so I felt confident booking again. Upon arrival, the lady that checked me in was extremely sweet, & we actually ended up chatting for a while before I went to my room. I entered my room & everything looked clean & orderly, but I soon realized the door latch was broken. No biggie. The door doesn’t open without a key card, but that extra layer of protection is more comforting for a solo female traveler. The room had a nice TV, and working refrigerator and microwave. Later in the evening, I realized as I was getting ready to use the bathtub that it didn’t have a stopper, & After using the shower, I realized the hairdryer in the room didn’t work, which was frustrating because I didn’t bring one, being that I knew one was included with the room. I did try switching the plug and resetting the outlet & dryer itself to no avail. As it got later, I noticed 3 men parked in the very back corner hanging out on a truck bed against the tree line to the back side of the hotel. It appeared they were drinking. Three hours later, well into the evening, they were still there, & that made me uncomfortable. It was clear they weren’t staying in a room. At this point, I’m still trying to give the place the benefit of the doubt considering my prior experiences were always pleasant, but the deal breaker did happen the following morning when I was laying

This property is super dirty. Old caked on crusty stains everywhere. I tried to be openminded when they offered a new and hopefully cleaner room but they were just as dirty if not worse. Also broken down furniture and visible mold. Would never stay here again.

Would not recommend staying here- bugs everywhere, mold in both my room and my coworkers room. Furniture was broken. My bathroom was not cleaned (hair on towels, toilet etc). Cobwebs in every corner. Exposed electrical and the fire detector in my room was covered. We got in late which is the only reason we stayed, but we moved to a different hotel for our second night. Because of their policy they are refusing to refund us for the night that we did not stay (fairly sure policy also promised us a clean and safe room though). They did offer us new rooms but when we viewed them they were just as bad.

I didn’t end up staying. The hotel put me in the 1st room that the comforter had cigarette burns in it. So I asked for another comforter which they had only a queen. I told her it’s a non smoking room she’s like yea and they get upset that we charge them. I asked y don’t you replace with a new one. So I’m like I’ll just reach out to Expedia. Magically I got another room only to find dead bugs in it. The pool was disgusting. They refused to give me my money back. Expedia refunded my money after seeing pics. DONT stay here!!!!

Nothing like the pictures. Very rundown.

The breakfast was very limited in food and drinks. The room looked very run down, felt dirty, and had an old, sort of odd smell.

Water damage in bathroom . Was told 30 up charge for the little dog we had even though its a service dog and was question again by the same person the next morning. Need to worry about updating rooms first. For the price, I never expedited white glove. But my dog was more clean then the bathroom walls possible mold warp partical board..

Bad smell that didnt leave

We asked for an extra pillow or blanket during check in and got told no basically immediately. That theres only enough for rooms. That may be true but it was atypical and inconvenient. The room had a horrible bad smell. There was a car air freshener hooked onto the air conditioner which was weird in general but it didnt even serve its purpose because the smell never went away. The pool was dirty. Not sure if it was in operation because we were passing through and had no plans to swim, but it was disgusting.
