I went and had a fun time in the mountains but the place smelled like an Indian kitchen. It stunk like curry and the furniture was run down and miss matched. Nothing belonged together for example there would be a very old mirror with a gold frame and polka dots, then the back drop for the tv was glossy red😂😂the ac in the room was also from the 90s and woke me up every time it turned on at night. I contacted Expedia and they said that the hotel property won’t do anything about it and won’t give me any sort of reimbursement. I didn’t even ask for the money back I mean 20% of on your next stay would be been better then being turned down and now having me write this review. But what I do have to say is that Expedia then tried to make it better and gave me some credits. Overall it just wasn’t worth the price

The places are mostly dirty ans unkept. Breakfast when they serve it is ridiculous or none. One instant i smelled garbage in the hallway.

I never seen a hotel have that much broken furniture, dirty, stinky as this one. Even the pool was super dirty. There were dead bugs under water, dirt, hair. Fridge and microwave were dirty. The cabinet door was broken. Curtains don’t close properly. Bad bad bad experience.

STAY FAR AWAY!

I wish there was a way to give a negative amount of stars. This is by far the most disgusting "hotel" I've ever been to. From the moment you enter the building the smell of piss almost knocks you off your feet. Fast forward to the actual room. As you can see from the pictures, this place is absolutely gross. Filth and dirt everywhere. I will honestly tell you, that me taking a dump probably made the toilet cleaner. Avoid at all costs. However, if you like the aesthetics of an abandoned trap house, then Hotel M is the spot for you!

The bed was comfortable, but that is where it ends. From stains on the curtains to no phone or iron board in the room to lights that switch on and off throughout your whole stay, not just once in a while but every 3 minutes, for the entire stay. We would have went down to the desk to complain, but we were exhausted, late check in. We were put in the furthest room on the second floor with the elevator out of order. You get what you pay for. Not worth it, pay a couple more dollars for your comfort.
