The hotel, the surroundings, the lobby, and the services were good. I had my Tesla charged by valet for free! The staffs were nice as well. Unfortunately, for our stay, the room itself smelled like weed all the time. We did complain to front desk at checkout and all they said was “sorry about that”. I thought smoking in hotel rooms are prohibited unless otherwise someone booked a smoking room but “sorry about that” was not the right way to compensate your guests. The ventilation system is horrible, my wife and I had constant headache from the weed smell. There were dust everywhere as well, which exacerbated her allergies making her sneeze throughout the stay. Overall, the hotel is nice but our room experience was bad.

Used public parking, a bit distant from hotel. Walked in through a tarp which was a bit wired. Wasn’t informed that valet parking was included with my stay. Room had no refrigerator which I wasn’t pleased.The benefit to the room is that it’s spacious. No real discounts, I love playing 21 only 1 table available. The food at the buffet seems as it sits for a long time, made my mom and I sick. No exceiment in the casino felt as everyone was losing there money. No bells or whistles going off.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff was very polite and courteous. I didn't like that the pool wasn't heated at the time of enjoyment. But otherwise everything was a plus.

Had a pipeline burst and no one informed at check in or in any other way. Had to find this out on our own when nothing was working. Once I brought this up to staff, was not accommodated for the huge inconvenience at all. Wanted to warm up my food, the entire resort had no microwave. Also, the rooms have no fridges. Probably the worst stay I have had in a while. Communication is key.

They had a water pipe break, so no one could stay on the premises. Totally understandable, what isn’t though is they didn’t contact anyone to notify them. Shady practices go get you there and gamble with no other amenities including food or drinks. It is completely unacceptable to not notify your guests, have them travel, to a place they can’t stay. Awful experience with this establishment.
