It was all right the pool they said they had a pool pool was dirty. It was cold. Nobody could go into the hot tub. The water was cold. Couldn’t get in that the breakfast was horrible and the people that they let into the café to eat they were so loud and obnoxious it wasn’t that great.

Exceeded expectations
This place was better than expected. Some reviews noted that the place was old, and yes, you can see wear and tear, but they weren't that bad. The room was large, continental breakfast was pretty on par with what you'd expect, and there were electric charging stations on site. Very normal, smooth, and uneventful stay, which is what you want.

I found my self fish netting out a few bugs that were flouting in the people … and while it’s nice to not have the begs to begin with, I do appreciate that there’s was a net provided so in such case, we could net out the few bugs that maid there way into the pool .. that room was what’s to be expected.. over solid choice for the area

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting the Mt Shasta area. Our king suite was spacious and we were pleased to have a separate sitting area and sink with counter in the kitchenette area. The hotel could use some maintenance - most of the room doors were dinged up pretty good, our toilet ran and the curtain had a large rip in it. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. We'd stay here again.

This property gets the job done but it is in bad shape. The sink doesn’t drain, carpet is torn, ants are crawling around the room and there is a water issue with the shower causing standing water on the wall and mold. The walls in the dining area are disgusting.

Disgusting smell in laindry/fitness room. Hot tub inoperable, apparently for sometime. Please update your site to reflect. We chose there for the hot tub due to lots of driving.
