The staff were very friendly. We arrived after the lobby had already closed, but the communication and check-in were great. The room was very nice and clean. The only drawback we experienced was the lack of an elevator with our luggage, but we would stay here again and recommend this inn to anyone.

First off the managers are exceptional people. They went above and beyond. The rooms were exceptional and comfortable. Everything was clean, water was hot. Never stayed in a hotel like this before. And I travel a lot. Thank you so much for providing me and my family with the comforts of home.

This property was such a beautiful stay. The staff were very helpful and supportive of us, making sure that we were comfortable. The hotel featured a wonderful outdoor sitting area with a fire pit and beautiful views of the misty valley. The room was very clean, open and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again.

Basic travel. Room was adequate. Staff was friendly, but did not like that person checking in before me was offered a discount for a higher ranked room than I had that made it 30% cheaper than what i paid. This is something Hotels.com should offer refunds on if the Hotel prices are that overinflated.

Very nice staff, very clean and comfortable room. The best shower we’ve had at a hotel ever. Only issue was that the TV DIDN’t work but in the end it was a blessing. We could enjoy a good book.

Second time staying here. Will be back! Book early as they fill up quickly. That should tell you everything. Comfortable beds, lots of pillows, frig, coffee, microwave… all you need for your trip to The Mountain and this adorable town!

We pass through the town on our road trips and enjoy staying at the Inn. The staff is friendly and helpful and the grounds are well kept up. Though we enjoyed our stay in general, our room for this stay had a disconnected smoke alarm hanging down over one of the beds, which was a little alarming.

Straightforward, crisp/clean lodging. Room was very big, parking was easy & check in was easy. We walked to town for dinner and pass anything you could possibly need on a trip. The hotel isn’t the destination, but it is an excellent stop if your destination is Mount Shasta.

Very clean and roomy. Nice to have a separate sitting area. Seems like they remodeled a bit since last visit. New keypad locks are a bit fussy. Check in staff did a good job managing everyone checking in at once and asking for help with locks (!) but another person would be helpful. Texting room info and code was helpful and quicker. Walking distance to everywhere in town. Good heater, comfy bed. Best place to stay in town.
