The staff at the front desk is very helpful and informative when I first checked in, a young woman helped me and she was very kind and welcoming. I asked about visiting the waterfalls and she offered me a very detailed list of hiking trails and waterfalls to go venture off too. I’m glad I asked about it. The only thing I have to say about the room is that the walls are thin, but there’s nothing to be done about that.

Shasta Inn is amongst several motor lodges clustered just outside downtown Mount Shasta. Staff was super friendly, the restaurant was better than expected and the Queen room was clean, cozy, warm, and quaintly decorated… perfect for a good night sleep after a day long walk on the Mountain.
