The room was fine. Signs of obvious updates (like newer paint). The bed wasn't terribly comfortable but everything was clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful in mailing me a small item we left behind. I truly appreciate their assistance about that.

I checked in and went to room and it smelled like smoke so i returned to front desk and spoke with "Hardy" and he told me that I couldn't get my money back because it was within 48 hours grace period and that i should contact hotels.com.
