Worst customer service ever.

It was a very upsetting experience. We arrived 3pm, staff told us can't find our reservation. After I showed her my booking # on the app, she still can't find it . Later she said our booking got cancelled and she will get someone to talk to us. Another person come down and told us she called a day before which is followed the policy in 24 hours ago, bit no one answer, they said they also email Expedia about the cancellation. They had no solution for us, nothing they can't do, due to plumbing issue. They said they had refund to third party, but we have to wait, they didn't help us at all. After all, I tried contact hotel.com customer service, the agent told me the system shows we are booked and they didn't get noted, so they will call the comfort Inn and get back to me,. Same thing the comfort Inn told the agent that they tried to called me but no one answer, they will refund it. I didn't get any phone calls on my history, I didn't get any email from hotel or hotel.com or expendia. I didn't get any messages from anyone from hotel com app. It cause us more money and time to find another hotel to stay the night, also cause us had to change plans for the rest of night. So far, I have not hear from anyone, hotel or app. No emails. No refund, No solution , no compensate. The comfort inn staff doesn't care, they tried called and left msg. But don't care if the costumers were traveling and don't care if the costumers knows before we were arrived.

Time to relax

It's nice to go to a hotel and have everything set up for a great get away week. No problems at all. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. We stay at this hotel because it is close to a lot of activities and still affordable so we have the money to enjoy those activities. This is our second stay and we plan to return this summer when we go to whale watching .

Reservation canceled?

Booked a stay a few months ago on Hotels.com. Show up to the property to check in and they told me my reservation was canceled about a week ago and I should have got an email…which I never did. Hotels sent me thing through emails all the way though it checking g on my stay so it was apparent Comfort Suites didn’t let them know. Apparently the reservation was canceled due to “plumbing problems” though other people seem to still be staying there. And the hotel was now full so they didn’t have a room for me. I could probably get past that…communication error…but the front desk staff could care less I was now stranded. No help trying to find a new hotel or an apology or anything. They seemed annoyed that I was asking how it got canceled and why I wasn’t notified. I went down the street to another hotel…they were full but went out of there way to try and find me a place to stay even though I didn’t have a reservation there. Comfort Suites could care less they left me stranded

I was pleased they could accommodate extending our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. The train tracks are very close to the hotel, and there is a huge FedEx truck yard/ sorting hub also right next to the hotel and train track. There were 4 trains just one of the NIGHTS we were there, and about the same the other 3 nights but I stopped counting. It definitely detracted from the sleeping comfort. Take earplugs!
