Amazing staff - room not so clean
The front desk check in was amazing - they were so friendly and made it very easy. The room was nice and comfortable but it was not cleaned very well. There were wrappers on the floor behind the bed, hair over the walls in the shower, and gross funky brown bits of something in the sink. It would have been a 10 out of 10 if it was cleaner.

Nice enough but review is poor due to our window shade not working, thus window was open to light all night. We got in late- and the-night desk person advised that a ticket had been put in for repair a couple of days prior but not done. Nothing could be done during the night. No room change was available.
