If you want a nice and peaceful sleep do not stay in this hotel. Very noisy all night long. I booked a room with king size bed and gave us queen. Not cool! Receptionist are nice but the property is not worth recommending.

We wound up not staying at Quality Inn after seeing the condition of our reserved accommodations. The staff was absolutely excellent at check-in and was again excellent when we let them know we needed to find other accommodations. They were again friendly and helpful when I followed up by phone to be sure our refund had gone through. The reasons we didn't stay were we didn't realize there were outside entrances to all rooms. There were open stairs and elevator (no key needed) to upper level. We had chosen a 2nd level so we could have additional security. The room did not appear clean. The floor had debris and there were items left behind by a previous occupant. Beds were wrinkled, leaving us wondering if they had been changed, and there were stains on one of the comforters. The last straw was realizing there was not a lock on the window. It opened up several inches before hitting a stop. I think I could have wiggled through the opening if I wanted to. I just didn't feel safe with my daughter and older mother with me. We were also disappointed the pool had closed at 9 p.m. and didn't open again until 9 a.m. The conditions of the bathroom were not nice. There were big defects to the tub for example, and though it had been "repaired," it just didn't leave a good impression. Again, the staff were wonderful, helpful, and courteous. Parking was tight but not terrible. There was a fair amount of traffic noise, but it was nice there were many dining options and other shopping nearby.

Mediocre inn

The hotel gave us a room that did not lock. The lobby staff could care less but did let us switch rooms. The rooms were dirty. We went to the pool and it was falling apart. Big chunks of plaster were coming off the ceiling. I would say it was about 2 feet wide and hanging over the pool. We didn’t feel very safe there.

I chose this property because I wanted an indoor pool. Unfortunately, the pool was freezing cold and I couldn't swim enough to get warm. So I got into the hot tub. Immediately my skin started tingling, and within a minute I had to get out. My skin continued to tingle/burn until I took a shower and scrubbed the residue off. It wasn't a good experience.

I booked this hotel because of the 7.4 rating on Expedia and for the indoor pool. Our room felt dirty, was stinky and the deadbolt had loose screws. I felt unsafe staying alone with my 2 children from the moment we checked in until when we left. The pool says it’s heated but was so cold that we couldn’t spend anytime in it. The heated pool was the main reason I booked this hotel. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more to stay somewhere else.
