The staff and breakfast area surpassed my expectations, especially after entering my smelly room. Very noisey people at night on each side of me. Like at 1:09 am, i thought a chair was coming through the wall..... terrible nights. I was exhausted when i arrived home, 6.5 hours later

If it says pet friendly on Expedia they should not deny your pet when you get there because there wasn’t a room for pets available…there should be a way to choose that on the site so you don’t find out it’s unavailable after you have paid and possibly arriving late at night. Also, we booked not only because it was pet friendly, but because it had a pool, which we discovered was out of order after arriving …. Very disappointing

The reception desk said very few words and was not happy I checked in right before closing, no pleasantries, no greeting, asked me my last name, then proceeded with the check in then payment options. Not friendly.

I had stayed here a few years ago and I remembered it being ok but this time it was very dirty and run down. The staff, however, was friendly and helpful. I’ll probably spend a little more for a different hotel next time.

Do not recommend. The first room we got was dirty/smelled. Nice manager gave us a different one. Much better but People in parking lot screaming, swearing until 2 a.m. Dogs barking in room above us. Bedding smelled. Felt like unsafe area. TP holder falling out of wall. In need of repairs. We went somewhere else for 2nd night, even though we had already paid here. Lesson learned.

It was disgusting. Food and garbage on the floors, cigarette burns in the comforter. Went to Ask for be bedding for the pullout and waited for about 20min before someone came to the desk, and they only gave me sheets. Seriously, do not stay here. If you can’t afford another place just sleep in your car. I guarantee you will have a better nights rest.
