Location is the only reason we stayed here. The room was not clean, dead bugs on the floor, in the tub a live spider on the ceiling. The staff was nice. The breakfast was minimal.

I have stayed here multiple times. This is yiur standard old school motel place. Yes its dated, no it doesn't have hot breakfast. What it is, is a clean place to stay, indoor pool, and personable and right next to the marina

Staff was awesome! Met 3 different front desk workers all delightful and helpful. Could use more lighting and attention such as non rusty refrigerators, matching paint when doing touch ups etc. The common areas such as interior walkways to pools and rooms could benefit by daily vacuuming. Air-conditioners were filthy outside of the rooms. The boat parking needs mowing.

While the staff was very friendly— this is a motel at best, not a resort. Our room was filthy, people were smoking weed all around us, and the hot tub was not working so it was basically a bathtub. We won’t be staying here again. I highly suggest they do deep cleans of all the rooms, update their air conditioning units, get bigger TVs, update the bathrooms, and get more cleaning staff.

I had to cancel my trip and could not communicate with anyone. I tried everyrhing. I will probably have to pay for a room I didn’t use. I have traveled extensively for 38 years and this is by far the WORST service I have ever received. I will not be using you or that hotel again. I know a lot of people who travel to this area and I will spread the word about how terrible the service is.
