The room was very clean, smartly appointed, albeit a non working refrigerator I will not return or mildly recommend it as the staff was less than a ray of sun shine, to say the least. Moreover, the continental breakfast offered was wooden, uninviting and lacked any sign of sincere attention. Not my idea of pleasant stay

Run down, smelled stale, and internet did not work. We checked out within an hour of checking in and went to a different hotel. We lost the 2 nights we had paid for because it was booked through a third party site. (hotels.com)

Best aspects: super clean, up to date bathroom/walk-in shower, easy parking, great central Silicon Valley location, excellent rate provided good value, nice breakfast buffet Drawbacks: poor internet service (I never succeeded in connecting and tech support 888 number provided took me to a pre-recorded Medicare Advantage sales pitch!), outdoor room entrances might feel like a security risk to some but it seemed like an attractive and safe neighborhood, close to restaurants and shopping.

I had complications from the moment I booked this room. I received multiple messages from the hotel after booking, for days in a row, demanding my estimated time of arrival. I provided my ETA, yet continued to receive two more phone calls regarding the office closing at 9:00pm. This felt nearly like harassment. The hotel website and third party booking states that you can request late check out. Upon arrival, the front desk lady stated that was absolutely not available due to full bookings.. however my car was one of two in the entire parking lot. I booked this room to get some sleep after my night shift at the ER and at 8:00am the hotel employees were shouting from afar to each other right outside my room door, which did have the Do Not Disturb sign on. When I exited my room, I said to the elderly female employee, “You guys are really loud outside of a room with a Do Not Disturb sign.” The lady completely ignored me, did not acknowledge what I said at all. Yet one minute later when the maintenance man was walking towards her, literally crossing paths with me, she continued shouting to him. As far as the room itself, well the “King” bed is two double beds pushed together. Also, false advertisement as there is no breakfast. Do not stay here! I am extremely regretful with choosing to keep my reservation and stay there after contemplating to cancel following the initial overload of messaging and phone calls about my arrival time that felt like harassment.
