The bathroom of my suite looked clean, but had a rancid smell, a combination of sweat and urine. I arrived late so I didn't want to deal with changing my room. In the morning, I was about 15 minutes late checking out when the hotel manager called me and spoke to me in a very unpleasant manner, saying that I would be charged extra $35 if I stayed 30 minutes past check out time. I explained that my ride was running late and that I needed just 30 minutes extra. She was not accommodating at all. I've stayed at much nicer and fancier hotels and none have been so rude to me as a guest. I will certainly not stay at Hotel Aria again, if the management continues to be so rude and unpleasant.

Easy entrance to hotel property and sufficient parking. Very clean room and clean grounds in general. Friendly front desk staff. And close to Shoreline Amphitheatre!

I had dead batteries in my TV remote - the replacement batteries, that were provided, also died the same night. The next morning The lady told me they gave me brand new batteries - please don't lie. Just apologize and fix the situation. other than that I will use this facility again
