Where do i start? I know it said no frills. Ok. That also means No coffee maker and no where to get a coffee. No shampoo, just a tiny bar of soap, No housekeeping although the signs said to leave your dirty towels on the floor for replacements, that never happened. The light/fan was broken, the AC made a racket, but it did cool. Bathroom wasnt clean and the towels were thin and crispy. No lights in the stairwell that was pitch black. Parking was where’s you can find a spot, got blocked in. The positive: the bed was comfy and the tv worked. The restaurant next door had a great supper. I would not stay here again. There are a lot better places nearby.

Pros: Enjoyed relaxing, semi-private view of water from deck with chairs attached to room. Can swim and rent boat at property. Cons: Beds are a little worn.

The owners fixed my mistake of booking the wrong date on expedia because after backing out of the website then going back in the site itself set the date for me which was several weeks in advance to what i was needing

Older property. Motel rooms were small, bathroom tiny, clean enough. The restaurant does a brisk business, and the food is decent. Staff is a mixed bag - some friendly, some not so much. There is no pool, at least not where we were, but if they had one it’d probably be your basic cement pond. Nice location overlooking White River. Geared to fishermen, rafters, kayakers.
