Wallpaper pealing, mold everywhere and toilet leaking. In fact we had to leave a day early because the seal on the toilet busted and water went everywhere. Fridge froze our drinks to the point of one of them exploded.

To start with the room we reserved was not available at checkin. We requested a king bed and a double bed. All that was available was 2 doubles. The website states handicap accessibility, also not available. The room did not have a working tv or fridge. I might have understood some things not being availabe except for the fact there were a total of 3 cars on the entire property. I don't know if any of those belonged to the staff. The room didnt look like it had been prepared for guests. the kleenex box was empty.There were no trash bags in the trash cans, and there wasn't even any soap in the bathroom Erica was very helpful and tried her best resolve issues.

Got there at 10:30 was woke up 12:30 ate up with bed bugs no refund took another room no bed bugs I can tell.got back to sleep about to 2 AM.

One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because they have a pool and it is listed as open and available, but open arrival the pool was closed and had weeds growing up and through the cover and all around as if it hasn't been open all year. Also, the property was poorly maintained, so I went to the front desk to ask if we could cancel because the pool was listed as open and it was unavailable. They said yes and gave me a phone number to contact to request a refund. After returning from my trip, I contacted the number and talked to several people who could not help me and gave me the run around. When I finally was able to make contact with a Hotels.com employee after weeks of emailing back and forth and unable to reach the hotel managers, they told me they were unable to get a refund for me for the night I did not stay and that's all they could do for me. Terrible service from Hotels.com and poorly maintained hotel. I think after this I am done with Hotels.com.

This stay….. Sadly disappointing considering it was AN EXPEDIA booking. The place was in sad disrepair! Dirty , smelly and in need of many repairs. I took pictures by cannot upload them here. The desk staff was super friendly but the room was horrible.

Great service, not so great room.

The service was its saving grace. Our first non-smoking room was obviously smoked in, the second room was musty, so we stayed in the third room facing the highway. After the air ran the room was nice and cold and the smell was mostly gone. The swimming pool was not working. The room wasn't loud, but the towel rack was comimg out of the wall and the tv didn't work. The toilet ran all night, too. The shower curtain was falling also. This property has great potential, but next time we willl look elsewhere.

The hotel needs lots of work.

Had to move out of 2 rooms. One could not get elderly person in room. Second room air did not work tv did not work. Third room was ok. It needs painting. The office help was very courteous. He did his best to get us to a room that would work.
