We were here for a concert at Shoreline. The room is quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and looked fresh. All the staff all were friendly and welcoming. Uber to the concert was easy, however couldn’t get a ride back so we walked. The walk back was safe and took about 45 minutes because there was a lot of foot traffic to the freeway. Absolutely would stay again!!

Comfortable, clean, and felt safe. Easy to Uber from hotel to the Shoreline Ampitheatre. Air conditioner worked well, but carpet next to a/c was wet. We did report that at the front desk. Very kind and helpful staff.

Easy on/off the freeway. The location wasnt in a cluster if high rise hotels, but rather a 3 story building that had more of a residential feeling vs a commercial feeling.

Check in was at 3 I arrived at 3:30pm and I still had to wait till 4pm to get my room because it was not ready. The room had clothes in the drawers that did not belong to us. I received a handicap room that was not asked for. The shower water was running out the bathroom door into the hallway of the room. It was hard to get ready in the restroom since there was no counter to set my curling dryer on there was only a sink. Although parking wasn’t charged when I arrived around midnight after an event there was no parking and was advised to park across the street I waited around to see if there was any open parking available. Overall, my stay was quiet i wasn’t pleased with my stay for the price I’ve received better rooms else where.
