Great little motel in rural Missouri. Very friendly staff and a homey feel. Will stay there again. The property has some miles on it but is not run down and I prefer a place like this rather than an overly expensive new place.

The main water pipe in town had burst, which was not their fault. It did cause some issues. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful regarding getting us on the ground floor as there is no elevator. It was a nice stay.

Overall ok. Ice machine was broken. Bagel, cereal bar, or toast for breakfast. Relatively close to a river access and easy to get to right off of the highway. Staff friendly. The tub faucet had a steady leak. Bed was pretty firm. Ac worked. Little bit high priced for the amenities offered, paid 112 or so in expedia points.As some pointed out, it did seem as though they may house long term residents but anyone we encountered seemed kind.
