It’s always a lovely stay with Shashi. The beds are so comfy, the rooms smell clean and crisp. I had business meetings and sat in their work suites. Love the staff and management .

This is my fourth time staying at Shashi Hotel and the service in the coffee shop (Carte Blanche) and the Emerald Hour restaurant has consistently gotten worse. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall my stay was ok, but from the past experience I know it can be significantly better. Management should do more.

The new modern facility feels great, and the staff are very nice. The only negative is that my sheet smells like sweat—either it was never changed or not cleaned properly. Also, there are water marks on the sink, which makes it seem like it wasn’t cleaned either.

Nice, clean and relatively quiet. Spent the weekend here with my family to see a concert in Stanford. I like that it’s walking distance from Google Visitor Experience. It has restaurants in the building so that’s convenient. There’s swimming pool and other activities available. It has ample parking for guests. And the live music in the late afternoon is a nice touch.
