The first room that I went into had a dirty bathroom as if someone had dyed their hair and left dye everywhere in the bathroom and there was pet hair on the floor. The second room they put me in also had a dirty bathroom and both rooms were so tiny. You couldn’t get around one side of the bed because there wasn’t enough room for the chair or the small table. The HVAC system was not working. I had to call down to the front desk to get it rebooted, but even after rebooting it it did not work and I wasn’t planning on changing rooms at one in the morning when I needed the fan to work , the coffee shop downstairs doesn’t open until 10 AM which doesn’t make much sense when people they want coffee or getting up early and there wasn’t an option to have it delivered to my room overall this is definitely not a five star experience and I would never stay there again I am seeking a refund if possible and will repost with the results

Went to a concert at the shoreline so it was a wonderful hotel to be able to walk to the event with ease. Neighborhood felt very safe and the hotel was outstanding

Convenient to Shoreline and all the Tech
Right down the road from Shoreline Amphitheater and super convenient for concerts. Comfy bed, cool controls for lights and music right from the TV. Food choices late at night or for breakfast should be better with limited restaurants in the immediate area

Love staying at the Shashi. Bar staff need to operate at a higher level of quality. Inconsistent taste and presentation with signature cocktails, and unfortunately some drinks were vomitous. Front desk and cafe staff are outstanding. Will definitely return.

We decided to stay here for a concert we were going to due to the congestion that always happens around the Shoreline, and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the Shashi Hotel was. The room was very clean, bar drinks were very good, customer service was great, and they even did a turn-down service on our sheets. We definitely will be staying here again for our next Shoreline concert!

Respond to noise complaints quicker!
Our stay was great until 7:30am when the room above us was literally moving furniture and constantly stomping. Sounded like kids jumping from bed to bed. Called the front desk 3 times before we just got up and ready to leave early as we couldn’t sleep. Unfortunate after a night out at a concert.

Nice couple vacation
We went on a couple weekend trip. Even with everything I’m going to say it’s still a 9.5 So this place having a gym, steam room and sauna helped make it easier to relax. Pool was find for me but my wife thought it was supposed to be heated as it was cold for her. Hot tub always had people in them so that we didn’t do. The room had a few issues. Safe wouldn’t open so didn’t use it. No trash on the floor so either take it downstairs or just keep it in your room which depending on the food can be smelly. Also trash cans had no bags so couldn’t put everything in them. The conditioner in the shower fell but look like it was double sided tape that wore off. Using the app I couldn’t unlock the door. Had to cast off my phone Netflix app to the tv not through the app. I did ask for a few items that never came like new sheets and an extra towel.
