I like that the staff was very friendly. That weekend there was a concert, so many people. All staff handled every guest with professionalism. One thing that would be nice to have is room service to go up to your room when you order food.

A return stay at this hotel. It is generally very eco-friendly. The is comfortable, except for the bedsheets. There are bikes that you can use for downtown Mountain View. The area is generally quiet but you can hear people walking up and down their room.

Overall stay was fine. Location worked for us as we were going to Levi Stadium. Room had an odor and was stuffy even with fan and air conditioning. No way to open a window. Technology perks such as room key app and online check-in didn’t work. Coffee/breakfast counter did a good job.

This property is very up to date, clean, great service and pool. Also family friendly. Only thing that could be better is a hot tub. I certainly recommend and will stay again!
