I liked the location of the hotel, the hotel is in a beautiful location and this was our 2nd time to stay. The property needs to be spruced up a bit. The complementary breakfast was good, the pool was good. The rooms we a good size which I appreciated. I didn't see any bath robes in the rooms and none were offered. The in room coffee was really bad according to my wife. My kids had a good job. For the money I am pleased.

There was plenty of space in the room and it was laid out nicely. However, the bathroom was subpar. The toilet over flowed, the water in the sink and shower were slow to drain and the light switches were broken. Additionally the controls for the temperature adjuster were broken preventing us from regulating a more comfortable temp in the room.

Check in / front desk staff are fantastic. That said with a dog we were placed in an empty building on the first floor with guests upstairs. The ceiling snaps and pops loudly with every movement upstairs. This keeps us annoyed / awake and causes our dog to bark. Premier property with the above, carpet from years ago, house keeping cleaning next door placed all of the bedding from the room next door on the ground in front of our door, room has a noisy brick bed, plastic disposable glasses like the cheapest of hotels, tiny TV with cables loosly running down the wall, holes in the wall from past art or ?, room was 55 degrees when we arrived, it took the evening to get it up to 71. Not pleased at all. If it wasnt a 5 hour drive we would leave and go home

We got a room with a broken toilet, had to call guest services twice to fix. First person brushed it off while second said couldn’t be fixed and we had to change rooms at 8:30 with 2 very tired children. We had to re pack up, and change locations

We loved it here!! Like a hallmark movie. Everybody was so kind. The spa was under construction when we came:( the hot tub was great in the snow
