The grounds are beautiful but the entire facility is not maintained at all . Not one aspect of this place has any modern amenities . We can excuse poor WiFi and weather related problems , but from staff to its so called all inclusive package . Assistance or food was non existent . The rooms are seriously antiquated , besides breakfast no other services exist . The communal areas have no fans and it’s serious mosquitos attacking . The fixtures are outdated , the bath soap was in some mini bottles marked in marker , the toilet seat was worn and the bed was lumpy . I mean for an all inclusive resort at least provide basis and this did not get ONE

I loved staying at the Blue Haven Hotel! I plan to return soon. Marilyn, Carl, and the hotel staff were warm and inviting and made me feel right at home. The restaurant quality and service was excellent--hats off to the chef. Try the Tobagonian Breakfast and the local catch of the day for dinner. The quiet Bacolet Bay beach provided a beautiful background for relaxing and cooling off in the ocean. The oceanfront room allowed me to fall asleep to the sound of waves every night. Highly recommend ✨️

Excellent service from the moment I checked in until the moment I left—everything was A+! I was escorted to my spacious, exceptionally clean room. When I requested a taxi, it was waiting for me by the time I came downstairs. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again and again!

We stayed at Coco Reef in Aug 2026 for 5 days. The hotel has a very nice Caribbean vibe. The property is clean but could use some updating. The staff was amazing and always available when needed. They were able to arrange transportation and provide recommendations for tours. Elizabeth at the front desk was awesome! The breakfast buffet was good but recommend not waiting until 9:30 to go as they close at 10 and many items had run out. I spoke with the front desk so they could correct the situation. Our room 149 had great view of the grounds, beach, and bay.

Breakfast was great!

There were mop streaks and shoe prints from the cleaner on the ground. There was no staff at the reception when we arrived. Security checked us in. Similarly the breakfast staff were always inside talking and we had to go find them. The breakfast was minimal though tasty. As for the beach view, you can see it when you have breakfast but not from the rooms. The hotel is generally run down and poor value for money. It also did not feel safe.
