Shower leaked so bathroom floor soaked after showering - pretty lethal as tiles very slippery. Air con didn’t work - very uncomfortable night as it was so hot. Mentioned both these issues with our first stay to find ourselves in the same room with the same issues on our return to the hotel 11 days later .

You just couldn’t be more central in Mulhouse. Nicely appointed hotel. Just one gripe from me. On the hottest nights of the year (around 29C) the air conditioning was not up to scratch in my room. I reported the issue and hopefully subsequent guests will be better catered for.

No Air…don’t stay.

Unfortunately, it’s probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. The air conditioning did not work, and it seemed like there was no attempts to try and make the stay more pleasant…for example: give breakfast vouchers, provide fans, give ice water.

Thd room was very confortable, spacious and clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. Don't bother with the breakfast, go to a nearby coffeshop instead. It will likely be cheaper and infinitely better.

This property was great, it’s in a perfect location to explore the old town. There’s a sauna that costs 9€ per hour available to guests, and a fitness room which, while small, was perfect for someone who works out a lot but hasn’t been able to the past couple weeks on a trip. The room was spacious and clean, however the A/C didn’t work and the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

Personal and nice hotel in the center. Breakfast buffé with a rich content. Sweet and helpful staff. The parking is below the hotel and got another adress then hotel. This you have to consider but when finding out no problem. High recommendations.

I had a booking at this hotel to stay at on my way home. I had an accident a few weeks before and my travel insurer decided I needed to come home for treatment. Despite the best efforts of Expedia, the hotel refused to refund my payment even after proof that I was already back home. I have used Best Western over the years but never again. By the way Best Western, other hotel chains cared enough about their customer to refund payment.
