bad food....no kitchen.....disgusting rooms...located in a very crowded place and thete is so much noise throughout in the hotel.... waiters are also not courteous.... better to stay in a govt. hotel
Here is different meaning of buffet - you will get one tea or coffee. For rest you need to pay.

Average. Avoidable
Staff is very responsive. Location next to Saki Naka metro station is very helpful.
Free Wi Fi, so much advertised, is terrible - doesn't work and they seem to be forever fixing it. The breakfast supposedly included in the fare is simply two buttered toasts and a cup of tea.
Quite avoidable.
A decent hotel coupled with rude manager makes this a perfect 2.5-ish.
Pros:
- Clean hotel
- Clean and comfortable rooms
- Breakfast was included
- Pocket friendly
Cons:
- The hotel is located in a not-so-developed place, roaming around the hotel is not advised
- The bathrooms are very small, not ideal for claustrophobics
- The manager was rude during my entire stay. Right from check-in until check-out, he gave me the feeling that he owns the place and that I'm living under his roof with his pity. The staff, however, was nice and polite.
Hotel cancelled our booking on the nite of our booking when we were about to check in!! No prior intimation was given by them! Very unprofessional! We had to go looking for another hotel at 10pm in the night!! Will never book thru this platform again.
Hotel Adore was a waiting room, 8 hours, for a late night flight home. Room smelled like cooking grease, very hard to breathe, tried to change but whole place smelled, so basic it was not up to India standards. Workers next door fixing roof, hammered for hours, as window was blocked you could not see out. Ordered a meal at 5pm, ate, 3 days later still feeling effects, not good. Did not expect much and received less. I would suggest avoiding this place. I know I would not let my family stay here. I am trying to think of something good but just cannot Low price per night it was overpriced. Little English spoken, but that does not explain the low quality of this hotel. Just cleaning junk in hallways would be nice. Really don't stay here.
Stay not very comfortable, food on order gets in after an hour. Bathroom floor tiles broken. Paint on the walls peeled off. Furniture has all sorts of marks on it. Please don't suggest this hotel to families and corporate people.
This hotel was really useless.. the manager said that he did not have an availability even though I had booked online. He suggested me to go to another sister hotel. In the end, after insisting he moved another guest's stuff out of a room and offered me that room. The bedsheets and towels were changed only at night after several reminders. The room was in a bad shape and was very humid with some mosquitos. As I was staying for only one night, I didn't want to take the hassle of moving but the one night I stayed there was clearly the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
Called to enquire about possibility of early check-in. Was told it was available, but when I went over to the hotel, the management sent me over to a sister property located half a mile away. Rooms there were small, and of much poorer quality than the room that I had originally booked in. Room also lacked a table to work on. 2nd day, killed a cockraoch by myself. While my AC was functional, overheard a guest in a nearby room talking to management about his AC not working.
Hotel small staff good and helpful. Food very tasty .breakfast not that flash. Air conditioner did not work they tried to fix but could not, they should of given me another room. Would not recomend for foreighn europeans it is more of local indian stay hotel would rate as maybe 1 star. One of the guest there got drunk and basicaly did my wallet over ,the hotel was good about it and organized for guest to repay some of money back, this never happend , I had a bad experience but will say staff very good , new linnen and tidy up of rooms re paint would go long way.

It is what you can expect and it is better ;-)
... Clean, Metro in front oft the door and in compare with other areas there, it is a "better" quarter
When I checked into the hotel, they told me that all rooms are booked and that they will arrange a room in a different hotel.
The bathroom floods during a shower. The water didn't go down the drain so I had to wade through disgusting water.
AC remote was missing
When I asked to switch on the Wifi, they said it was too late for wifi and to try next morning.
Moreover, it is in a very crowded and busy location. Traffic is very very bad around here and getting in and out during peak times is a disaster.
Our room was without window, and with mildew on the wall and on the ceiling.
Staff was very unhelpful, they were not able to order a taxi to the airport during whole day, once they order it was 'their' taxi who charged us 4 times more that regular rate.
Breakfast means tea or coffee no food were served.
Hotel is recommended only for very short stay while you have to sleep near the air-port

Economical hotel for overnight night stay.
Basic hotel for overnight stay for people on transit or business trips. Room and bathroom were relatively clean. Bed sheets and pillow cases clean. Complimentary breakfast is bare basic but good. Staff is helpful. Near to Metro station. Free wifi & quick check in/out.
Outside surrounding not all that great. Room did not have windows. Musty/mouldy smell masked by strong room freshener. Mobile phones do not work inside. Corridor noise is high.
Complete cheaters in every aspect from room booking to breakfast to service to everything till check out

Decent hotel of an arrogant owner!!!
We made a quick trip to Mumbai last week and got the best deal through Expedia for this above property. For a city like Mumbai, the rate was an unbelievable one.The hotel was close to Mumbai metro and the international airport. Do not get deceived by the photos as the location is not that appealing. The rooms are clean and have almost all the basic facilities for a comfortable stay.
Breakfast 'buffet' option was actually an amusing experience. Though we were quite thrilled to find that breakfast was included at this rate nonetheless there is nothing called buffet in this hotel. Breakfast will be served in your room and you only have the option of two breads, one omelette and a cup of tea/coffee and you have to share this with your partner,i.e they will serve one breakfast for one room even if two people are staying.
The staffs were cooperative. They cleaned our rooms regularly and room service was quick and prompt. Just avoid talking to the owner. He lacks the basic human courtesy. If you can ignore him, you can find your stay enjoyable!!!
