Aejaz bhai n bilal bhai were brilliant I can’t fault the hotel it was fantastic and will definitely be staying there again.. housekeeping staff were also really good and helpful.. tended to my every need within seconds
Room was excellent except that we had to ask for hand towel, soap and tissue rolls each all the time. Our room was a standard size which was comfortable but there was a strange burning smell that I didn’t bother asking front desk as the housekeeping said it’s ok!
Breakfast was delicious. Tea was beyond exceptional.
One thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the front desk staff. I asked for my bill and he gave me the entire amount while I had paid deposit!
Also if you checkout early in the morning make sure you get your receipt and make payment the night before. I was told to collect receipt in the morning but to my surprise only two housekeeping staff were working. So I left without a receipt (paid the night before)
Everywhere else in india you feel welcome - not here! Everything was an absolute inconvenience to the staff.
at check in, they didn’t greet us and kept our passports all day as ‘they hadn’t processed them’, gave us no info on breakfast, checkout times, which floor our room was on or the WiFi password. Every time I phone the front desk to ask it was like I asked them to give me a kidney and they were annoyed I had phoned.
I requested a non smoking. You could smell the smoke. The room had no window. The room size was fine but The shower flooded the bathroom every time as it didn’t drain quickly. Room wasn’t serviced at all over 3 nights. No bin emptied. No bed made. No new towels. No water. The room was very noisy and could hear music and conversation all the time. Plus someone had tried the handle of the door and rattled it through the night - not nice at all! At 9pm one night, a staff member knocked on the door trying to sell food.
I needed to do some Laundry, getting the price list and finding out where to leave the laundry bag was a headache in itself and reception was unhelpful. They told me I would have it back the next night but I didn’t.
Finding out where breakfast was yet another annoyance for reception as they had to stop their phone conversation to show us. Breakfast options were ok. There was cereal but no cold milk. One day it was not even open an hour after it was supposed to be so we had to leave for a tour with no food / coffee.
This experience was not enjoyable at all ,food was not good ,rooms either had no windows or were on the main road with noise throughout the night .Staff were not helpful and they tried to make us pay on our departure for the room again despite it had already being paid. Hotel was also in the red light district ,best advice would be to avoid.
Hotel is very new so the condition is very good and rooms are big and comfortable but as soon as we walked in the front door the security gaurd refused to take us in saying sorry we’re full after we convinced him we have a booking and went inside the front desk refused saying sorry we’re full. When I showed him the hotel confirmation for the longest of time he couldn’t find it and kept asking me questions like when I’ve done the booking, have you paid in full and so on....
Even the room we got the bathroom shower was so small that’s not the picture we had been shown on the site.
There was one thin gentleman with a cap who was the floor manager he was the only really helpful person .
Hotels should know that people don’t just walk in without reservations.
very loud slamming doors, day and night. bathroom stains near toilet and sink. some personell friendly, mostly strange. food was very good (indian buffet).
