Called to confirm the reservation for the stay. The Hotel Manager say there is no reservation that came through orbits and they have no contract with Orbitz. The after showing him the confirmed reservation he states that the hotel is sold out. But he will try to get me accomodation .Upon arrival in the morning the Hotel Manager gives me accomodation to one of their other locations which is I Abad area and it not even a hotel it's a lodge . Not acceptable asked for my refund waste of time a month later going back and forth and told him if I don't get my money I will report it to the police he refunded only one day of stay. These guys overbook on walk-ins since they get a higher room rate and the internet booking they transfer to some cheap hotel
Could have improved the variety of local fruits for breakfast.Add cereals to the breakfast menu. Otherwise, the personnel were courteous and most cooperative.
I would like to bring to your attention the horrible experience I endured during my stay at the Royal Park Hotel in Mumbai on Saturday 16th September 2017.
I was a guest at your hotel for 2 nights whilst I was visiting Mumbai, after a recommendation from my father who every year stays at the royal park hotel when he visits India.
The night of 16th September I went to bed after a long days travel from Gujarat to Mumbai. For some reason the electricity was not working which meant the Air condition or the fan was not working, neither were any of the lights. Due to the heat I was unable to sleep all night as I am used to the cold weather coming from the UK. Not only that, My mobile phone was not charged due to the power cut at the hotel. I heavily rely on my mobile phone to get to places using phone Maps and make calls to people to make them aware of where I am and that I am safe. I am a tourist in a city I have never been before. I endured a terrible night and day during my stay at your hotel. The electricity in buildings next to the hotel were working just fine.
I was shocked to know that a back-up electricity supply was not available at the hotel and I feel like I wasted over 4000 rupees staying at your hotel that night.
I raised my concerns with the person on the reception desk called Resham but it seemed like he was not interested in my complaint and told me to email you.

Dirty sheets, wifi only available in lobby, poor organisation at the front desk to the point that I and another guest were asked to pay twice (until we showed our proof of purchase emails). Should be an awful lot cheaper for what it is. I was mis-led by the overall good ratings this hotel has. It may once have been a lovely place to stay, but it needs re-investment in its people and services to become so once again. Would recommend looking elsewhere.

Минусы: завтраки в отеле были однобразны (омлет). Не понравилось постельное белье, попросили сменить. В номере wi-fi не работает, только в вестибюле.
