A very good hotel
Lacked a on site bar and rooms did not have a fridge or minibar.
Otherwise a very western hotel.
Staff are helpful and accommodating.
Promised a deluxe double room and on arrival night given on 3rd floor a room with 2 separate beds.Next day given a room on 5th floor with twin beds joined together with a queen size mattress. For couple of hrs. each day repair work of banging,drilling, scraping etc continued and once again given another room on 7th floor. This room the smoke detector, the TV and the electric lights did not function all through my stay with wash basin leakage and other multiple incidents.
I have been staying at this hotel during my trips to Mumbai and this was my fourth time I have stayed there. For each of my previous visits, I received complimentary airport return from the hotel (included with booking). Although I had expected to receive the same this time, the hotel staff said that complimentary airport returns are no longer available. This was despite the fact that the complimentary airport return was included in my travel itinerary from Expedia.
Upon checking in, the staff said that they had already communicated this change of policy to Expedia. As a customer, this miscommunication (either on the part of Expedia or the hotel) was very disappointing for me. I hope this gets resolved immediately so that no other customers receive incorrect information.

Hotel is located near to the western expressway and hence easy connectivity to airport and other areas. Rooms are clean and cosy. Good for business travellers.
Restaurant is veg + Non-Veg mix. So people having issues with Non-Veg must think before booking the hotel.
Great experience. Everything went perfectly well starting from airport pick up, stay at the hotel, complimentary breakfast & airport drop off. Very courteous staff & very well maintained rooms. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I would not recommend this hotel as they didn’t serve as committed. They didn’t send a pick up vehicle at airport and they didn’t arrange a airport drop off too. I missed my flight because of their service. Very disappointing moment for me in Mumbai.

I stayed with Family for a day here at Suba Galaxy. The hotel and room were clean and the staff was excellent. We had a very early morning checking and the staff helped us out in all aspects like easy check-in, airport pickup and dropoff. Room service was great as well for us.
The room is very comfortable, well lit and clean, with a good view and good wi-fi. The room could be more spacious. The guest amenities also need great improvement.
The concierge staff at the hotel was extremely polite and helpful. The room service and housekeeping staff are also very prompt and good.
The breakfast menu is very limited. Few more items could be included in the menu to make it more wholesome.
All in all, a comfortable hotel for short-stay business travellers.
The biggest problem is tbe hotrl address as google map shows it completely in the wrong area whereas the hoyel is near to International airport in Andheri. There was some renovation going on so didn't get hot water for shower on day 1. There is no partition between shower and commode so after shower the entire bathroom gets wet. The breakfast and restaurant area is super small so gets very busy and congested when more guests show up at the same time. Overall for the price it is ok.
the restaurant they have is that of a small place where breakfast is served everyday. On Saturday & sunday there was a training that was happening in the hotel. by 9AM when we went fir our breakfast there was no place. As guests staying at the hotel i would have imagined that we would be taken care. but we just had to stand for 15 to 20 minutes before we could sit. the hotel should first take of guests who stay at the hotel. arrange breakfast separately for the training people.
Had issues with WiFi ... it didn't work for most part of our stay
