Beautiful quiet location with ocean views. Staff was very helpful and polite. Rooms are well kept and clean. Good restaurant options and the breakfast was scrumptious. As always the hotel staff go out of their way to help the customers. Extremely polite and always smiling. Have stayed here many times and is always a pleasure. Will do so again as well. Only thing that let me down this time was a complex , not easy to use television/entertainment in room service- definitely not user friendly

This is one of the worst Taj properties I have visited. The decor and furnitures are outdated. The rooms smell. Who in this day and age has pink floors and doors? I complained and their response was that this is an old property and is not being maintained! If you cannot maintain then close it! Will never stay at this place again and will make sure to tell all my friends to stay away. It is really sad that the property in a nice location and they just ruined it by failing to maintain it and keep up with the times. They are totally ruining the great reputation of Taj.
