Staff needs to be trained in the restaurants. Rooms are full of dust under the bed and you can smell the mold as you walk in the building. Spent one week at this property and got totally sick due to the unclean rooms. Will not return to this property.

Hotel is conveniently located close to Mumbai Airport Terminal 1. The hotel and rooms are very nice, but staff doesn’t seem to be very engaged. A big put off was that the room floor had not been swept for days, there was dust and dirt that would have easily cleaned up with a light vacuum or mop. But other than that the room was very nice. They do charge for a pickup or drop off to either terminal.

I liked the proximity to airport. Only suggestion I have is they need to use bathroom cleaning agent that’s non bleach. Room was clean but had a very strong bleach smell that made me cough all night. They did show willingness to change the room. Did not try breakfast . Had dinner at South of Vindhyas that was ok.

Avoid if you can. Last choice

Ver old hotel with dilapidated furniture & electrical fittings. For 12000 INR per night its a sacrilege. Only saving grace was the food.
