Fantastic hotel located next to a premium mall. Did not have to leave compound. As in most of Mumbai there are depressed areas right outside the property so it can be a bit of turnoff to go for walk in surrounding area.

Wonderful Stay!

Gorgeous property inside and out. Our first time to India and the service and hospitality at this hotel is like no where else in the world. Helpful, kind and went above and beyond in all aspects of our stay. Breakfast was amazing and offered a full spread of international options each morning. We didn’t have any problems except check in was slow. Bot our driver was called by a security guard. He has been doing his job for over 20 years and come to St Regis on a number of occasions and knows the entry procedure throughly. The security manager did apologise but the guard who said it should have apologised. You staff should learn to respect everyone whether guests or anyone and question accordingly. Don’t just presume. That marred my stay.
