From the moment I arrived until my reluctant departure, every aspect of my experience was simply outstanding. The hotel truly shines in its commitment to cleanliness. The rooms and common areas were immaculate, sparkling with a level of tidiness that immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. However, what truly set the Trident apart was their incredible customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel not just welcome, but genuinely special. They anticipated needs, were always friendly, and handled every interaction with grace and efficiency. The most memorable gesture was on my last day: they surprised me with a delicious cake and personally came to bid me farewell. This heartfelt gesture was incredibly touching and truly exemplified their dedication to making guests feel valued. It's a small detail that made a huge impact and showed just how much they care. And let's talk about the breakfast! It was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. The spread was vast, offering an incredible variety of options to suit every palate. Everything I tried was absolutely delicious, from the fresh fruits to the savory dishes. It was the perfect start to each day. Highly recommend this hotel.
