Everyone was just so wonderful and accommodating. I had an emergency and needed a late checkout and they were so wonderful about it. Facility is quite lovely very quiet very clean

Typical convention center hotel. It was very quiet during our stay in late July 2024. Hotel was very clean and quiet, and the rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Good, somewhat dismayed that the AC took a while, like 4 hours to cool room, but I have a medical condition that makes me sick with any heat so I’m sure if I called ahead they would hook me up. Otherwise great stay. Skipped breakfast because the line was insane but plenty of places to eat in town.

Front desk ladies were amazing!! My room wasn’t ready on time and they more than made up for it. We booked a suite for my daughter’s birthday party. Plenty of room clean beds were comfortable and soft. Nice quiet place. Pool was a little chilly for my liking but the kids loved it!! Made my daughter’s birthday a success. Will stay here again.

Carpet had dirty or stained areas. Pull out couch was ripped, old and stained. Pull out bed needs a new mattress. Very uncomfortable to sleep on. New pull out couch needed asap! Otherwise room was really nice.
