Excellent location for the train station, but unfortunately that means noise from the trams all night, you can even feel the ground shaking when the trams pass by. The sink and tap are very nice but would’ve been better if they were located inside the bathroom not outside. When taking shower everything inside the bathroom including the towels get wet because there are no hooks for the towels inside the bathroom.

Quirky Bavarian Hotel

Quirky place fairly close to Munich Train Station (walking distance) which was the reason for my booking. Didn’t eat there but saw a lively bar on the ground floor. Nice spa facilities. Room was comfortable but compact.

Whimsical ambience, great location

. Located across the street from a major construction site for the hauptbahnhof, the 25Hours Royal Bavarian turned out to be a tad twee even for our trend-tolerant taste. Behind the registration desk hung a bicycle and portraits of Bavarian nobles looking like both they and the painter were coming down from acid trips. Our room was furnished simply, with a pine ledge serving as a desk and three-legged milking stools as bedside tables. The sink and vanity were in the room itself. The shower and toilet shared a tiled cubicle. To avoid flooding, we had to be sparing with the shower wand. Although we had asked for a coffee setup in our room, there was none when we arrived. “Saturday is always very busy,” explained one of the receptionists, who varied during our stay from competent and helpful to seemingly newly arrived from countries where neither English nor German was the dominant language. After some prompting, we received a kettle and carafe the next day.

Another great 25hours hotel

Great location, close to the Central Station. Easy walk into the city and a great base for a short break. This is the second 25hour hotel we have stayed in. Room on the top floor which was a good size and very comfortable

The reception is really not on top of things. I asked for a charger 6 times in two days, and in the end the give me a broken one. I also ask for a wake up call because my phone was dead and they forgot. I woke up late for work and I was late to my meeting

Rooms were very small even after booking large. Had stayed there before but this time the rooms given to us were small and claustrophobic. Run down and need updating. Bathroom was not too clean also needed updating

Great location - seconds from central railway station and a short walk to the Old Town and sights. A "hipster" vibe and mod cons were plus points. The lack of a wardrobe and drawers may be a problem if planning a longer stay. It was very busy and check involved a wait but otherwise, I would go back and recommend for a short stay.
