The common areas were kept very clean. The room needed attention. The old carpet had stains. The bathroom needs better cleaning. The silicone around the shower has mold. The floors aren’t very clean especially in the corners. Whatever the room was next to us was very noisy. Mechanical room or janitorial room. The restaurant was very good! Staff is great! Restaurant was also very clean, well maintained.

Overall, I loved my stay at this hotel. It was a convenient location for us and easy to get to from the airport and to the fest hall. The staff at the hotel restaurant however, weren’t super great and made getting food a little less convenient.

This was a lovely place in the heart of Aschheim. Beautiful scenery and a lovely little town. A bus stop at the front door to help you get to munich centre. Perfect place for a very reasonable price. I didnt have acess to my own fridge but that was the only negative thing.

The room we had was very dated. There is no A/C, so there were fans...but the fans were dusty. We reserved in advance for 2 adults and 1 child. When we arrived, we were given two rooms (conjoining) and charged accordingly. Had we known the hotel does not accommodate 1 child in the same room with the parents we would not have booked.

This hotel is in a two storey building, where the second floor rooms are under the attic and therefore very warm and this property does not have air conditioning system. There is only little fan in the room. A plenty of TV channels were available, but none of them in English language. Breakfast was good.
