The staff here was amazing. The property was clean and comfortable. Great location to all sites, very walkable. The only downside is the restaurant that’s attached played extremely loud music till 2-3 in the morning, and I mean the kind of music that does not allow for sleep at all.

The staff were accommodating and the rooms nice. The problem we had was being on the 1st floor facing the South. Very loud street noise and a bar that plays loud music till 2am. Numerous people on the street yelling and talking. We asked about a different room but were told the bar was only on weekends, but Wednesday night the bar was in full effect.

The hotel room was huge! The location was wonderful! There are no USB ports in the room. The front desk closes at 7pm but they make every effort to reach you and use codes to get in the room and hotels.

We stayed for 4 nights. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The Hotel was a couple of blocks from the central train station and a metro station. Also, we were right next to the Munich old town. Our rooms were surprisingly very basic. We didn’t need housekeeping every day. (It was only available upon request.) We stayed in to different rooms
