The area is not great, and it takes a while to get used to it. The rooms are large and well-furnished but not particularly clean. Ours faced a nice, quiet courtyard. The Internet was terrible the first two days and remained unreliable even after they put us in another room. Two of the washing machines downstairs were broken. The assistant manager addressed our concerns professionally and communicated well. On the other hand, the staff was neither helpful nor friendly and sometimes made bizarre comments or reacted weirdly. They certainly didn't make us feel welcome.

Good size room for long stat
Good solid, clean hotel. For a longer than a couple days stay, it was nice to have the kitchenette and refrigerator. All amenities, etc were good. Only thing that could be better were the pillows. Studio room had enough space to work, sleep and share. Good size for a long stay in Munich. Would stay here again.

the oven had an electrical fault and literally started belching smoke. when i explained the problem to a manager, and showed him photos, he blamed me for the problem and charged me 700 euros. he also stated that he wasn't intending to get the thing looked at by a tech. literally life threatening situation for me. stay far far away.

The hotel is fine. Quite convenient. It's some things that are not clear. the towels. I returned to change them and they rudely told me that they only did it every 2 days per room. They were supposed to tell me this at check-in but they didn't. I liked the low staff system but my wife thinks there is a lack of attention to the service. The price-service ratio is optimal.

The location was perfect for us. Located just a couple of blocks from the main train station, and a short distance to Marienplatz, where all the action was. The hotel had a nice main lobby/seating area where you could get a coffee and sit and relax with your companions. There was also a section where you could purchase snacks/beverages for consumption. I did not care for the location of our room however. It was on the main floor, almost the last room down a long hallway where we saw no other guests the whole time we were there. The room itself was okay. We tried to put our bed up (as it was a murphy bed), so that we could sit on the couch, but the mattress was too big for the bed and we were unable to do it. Our biggest issue was with cleaning. Please vacuum the rooms and do a thorough cleaning, prior to assigning to guests. There were dust "bunnies" all over as well as prior guest hair on the floor. And after being unsuccessful with raising the bed, we had to clean the head of the bed as there was a lot of dust/hair at the top of the mattress covers from under the mattress. We probably could have had this addressed with the front desk, but didn't. Overall, we enjoyed out stay.

Very nice, affordable, good for family, 5 mins walk from Munich central station, all shopping, eateries walking distance, only the outside vicinity ambience is not so good but still manageable, very supportive staff and reception, only improvement if cleaning days can increased instead of 1 day when u stay for 7 days, and in future if there is a swimming pool and more options for kids play area including toddlers
