Nice Property but Poor Service

Great room for a family of 5. Absolutely terrible service. There is staff after 10 pm. We requested cleaning and they didn't come for 2 days. Another day we requested cleaning they only left 4 towels and 4 blankets for our family of 5 - this was a big problem because we didn't return to our room until after 10pm and no one was on staff to help us. The washing machine costs €4 and the dryer costs €4, therefore a load of laundry costs €8 - and to add insult to injury, they didn't have enough laundry detergent and we had to go to Aldi to buy our own. Another time we requested toilet paper and tissues but they never brought them. This place has a lot of promise, but the management is absent and the employees don't seem to care or are incompetent.

Go now before Octoberfest

Amazing hotel that has recently opened. Located directly opposite what will be Octoberfest and so centrally located to also getting into the centre, few stops away and the airport about 30 mins away on the train. Hotel has bikes on offer - but we lime biked/scooted into the centre with ease. There are lots of independent restaurants and bars nearby. Gardens to explore. Cafe at the bottom of the hotel that services great food too. The staff are great, really helpful and accomodating. Loved our room. Spacious, clean and quite with eco features that didn't compromise on the efficiency or aesthetics. Roof top appears to have just opened, with amazing views of Munich but bar isn't open yet. Staff let you go up with food and drink. Will be an incredible space when fully up and running. Glad we visited when we did I anticipate there will be huge demand and substantial price hike soon enough.

Modern, reasonably priced hotel in Munich

A modern hotel located 10mins walk from an Underground station with good links to the City. Clean & comfortable with a kitchenette in room. Great bakery on the ground floor next to hotel. A beer garden/restaurant 10mins walk away. Besides that not a lot around. Reasonably good price.

New hotel, few teething issues but overall good

Slow check-in process, however staff where excellent. I never requested any cleaning of the room. A bit noisy very early for works being carried out on occasion and the beds where not very comfy, that aside the hotel interior was lovely.

My husband and I traveled for the champions final. Train station 7-8 min walk from property. Scooters and bikes always available. Place super clean. Lenny the guy at the lobby was super helpful and extremely nice. He helped arrange transportation and everything we needed he helped us right away. Lenny made our stay even better. There is a rischat (cafe) on the bottom floor they are open from 6 or 7 am until 8 I believe. Super convenient. It is a new hotel so everything is pristine. You have to request housekeeping if you need/want it. They have free water during your stay. WiFi super fast. Our room was the one with no balcony to the garden. It had a full kitchen with pots and pans. Just as reference from the hotel to Marienplatz 10 min scooter/bike ride. 12 min by car and public transport 17 min after you get to station. Pretty safe area. Overall all good. Thank you Lenny.

The setup is based on zero / minimal staff. Upon self check in- my room seemed fine but there were coffee capsules missing and a dirty mug (not mine) in the dishwasher. The day after - when i asked for room cleaning at 2pm, they said no as it was beyond cut-off time. The rooms were €550 per night.

This was a great hotel and the room we had with the bunks was perfect for our family of three. Our son had his own little private area. Beds were comfortable. Nice little kitchenette. They had a single use coffee machine with some coffee for the morning. Having a fridge was very nice. If you need to cook they had a little induction cooktop, cooking and eating items you need, sink and a dishwasher. The community hub was a great little place to hang out and have a cocktail. Loved the hanging chairs, so comfy to relax in. Bus stop right outside was convenient if using public transportation. My son loved the electric scooters to get around, but also have bikes as well.
