We had excellent service above expectations. The reception contacting me a few days before arrival to ask about arranging a ride from the airport. Our driver was the at the airport exits waiting even due to an hour flight delay. Due to construction on the street of the hotel, two of the reception staff met us at the van a block from the hotel and walked our bags and the 5 of us to the hotel. The rooms were modern, clean and very functional for all it needed. And the continental breakfast fabulous!

Only booked this property for 1 night and wished we had booked for longer. Staff reception was phenomenal, they met us at the curb to help with our bags, parked our car and took our bags up to our room. This is not your large upscale hotel; it’s a smaller boutique set-up so for them to offer this level of service was impressive. Room was spacious, very clean, handwritten note welcoming us along with a voucher for a few drinks at the wine bar. Again, if we come back to Munich, this would be our first choice (and we have stayed at other top-rated hotels in the city).

I chose this largely based on NY Times review. The property was clean, attractive, and well-located. However, it seemed to be under-staffed. A poorly designed shower led to flooding in the bathroom, and staff was slow to respond. Also, it was not clear how to operate the thermostat.

マリエンプラッツが最寄駅でホフブロイハウスからも徒歩2〜3分ほどという、とても便利な場所にあります。ホフブロイハウスのある通りはお土産屋さんや飲食店が並んでおり、賑やかで楽しい界隈でした。それでも窓を閉めればうるささは感じません。 ホテルはとてもおしゃれな内装で、スタッフはにこやかで親切。朝食もオリジナルなヘルシーメニューが多く、とても快適に滞在できました。

The location is perfect! Minutes from Marienplatz and right next to many restaurants and downtown attractions. Getting around is very easy as it’s about 3 minutes walk away from the subway. The breakfast quality is good with many selections and attentive staff.

If you want to stay in downtown Munich - this hotel is the best! We had a room with kitchenette and it was very spacious, modern and cozy. The hotel is located super close to Marienplatz but in a very quiet area. Also breakfast is Superb! Very friendly staff

Wonderful hotel with incredibly attentive staff. We arrived from the US at 9:00am, anticipating a long day waiting for our room but they had one ready for us. That was probably just luck but they could not have been more welcoming. An excellent place to stay, blocks away from the market and the English Garden.
