Great hotel just around the block from the central train station in Munich. Room was amazing (wooden floor, on top floor — had a skylight). Staff friendly and helpful.

We purposely booked a room with kitchen facilities. On arrival, we found no pots & pans, cooking utensils etc in the room. On enquiry we were told those would cost a further €5 per day. On payment we would be given them. No complimentary tea, coffee or sugar in the room. Limited crockery, no bowls to even have cereal in. The shower drain was blocked so flooded. They did attend to clearing that promptly. The room was very hot with no air conditioning; only a fan was provided. Wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend.

I liked everything except the parking. No in and out. They pay 15 euro/day but the first person said to bring the receipt but the second person said no you need to take a PKG voucher, so we ended up paying full price our first of three days..The PKG lot only took exact cash or debit which was also inconvenient. Overall, the halls were a little dingy, but the rooms were great. No air unless you're in the suite but they had fans. Overall great. I'd stay again

The hotel is clean and cozy. There is lots of kitchen appliances in the room. The staff are nice. We did not have breakfast so I can't comment on that. The location is preety convenient, just 10 minutes of walking from central bus station and teo metro stops from historical center.

I’ve stayed at this hotel brand previously. Apparently all other locations have AC, but not this one. Rooms had fans, but most were broken and didn’t work properly. I returned several for replacement, but never got one that worked. Sweltering hot room, no relief. The worst night I’ve ever spent in a hotel. Zero sleep.

Very close to the main station. The room was clean. The bathroom is small, but the room did have a little fridge and a small kitchen, perfect for snacks. Will stay here again.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, just one block from the central station. Despite being near a busy hub, I felt safe walking around at night, which is a stark contrast from the area around Frankfurt's central station. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores nearby, making it easy to find anything you need. The hotel itself is impressive, with very clean facilities and friendly staff. The room was comfortable for two people and even included a small kitchen area. However, the lack of climate control was a drawback. Although a table fan was provided, it wasn't sufficient to keep the room cool during the hot summer afternoons.
