Probably the most surprising hotel of the trip - extremely enjoyable. Maybe our largest room too. Unfortunately we had to navigate steps to get to the elevator which is ok unless you can navigate steps. Difficult if you have a lot of luggage or bad knees but doable. Not something that would make up not stay here but don't need a wheelchair either. Breakfast was very good and accommodating. Reasonable for the area. Very nice breakfast staff and very good front desk. Public transportation was very good but if you have large luggage or a lot, take and Uber or taxi. We'd stay here again for sure. Very walkable to the main Christmas Market which was a key for us here.

I like the spacious room. However the shower was smelling terribly like sewage at times. I could hear something moving in the drainage. I think its when other rooms are using the shower. I was glad I had a very short stay otherwise I would have requested to switch rooms.

The biggest issue was they don't advertise that they only clean your room every second day and fresh towels are only given every 4 days. There's also no air conditioning, no coffee maker or kettle in the room. It's generally lacking the minimum standards almost every hotel offers so that was disappointing. Would stay elsewhere for this reason

Enjoyed the location. One street away from the Subway. Staff were most helpful. Provided all the filtered water we wanted. Also, provided an umbrella on a rainy day.

The automatic check-in machine was broken, so we arrived at the hotel at 11:30 p.m. but were not allowed into our room until 2:30 p.m. I kept trying to call but the phone was disconnected. Three other guests kept calling in the lobby as well, but I gave up and went out to look for another hotel. It took 3 hours to check in and we were exhausted. They should at least provide a phone with an immediate connection. The hotel was nice, close to the station and the rooms were clean.

Great hotel close to the S Bahn The only thing it doesn’t have a mini bar fridge I enjoyed staying here And the ladies that do the breakfast are a real delight I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends

Overall, a very comfortable place to stay. Air Conditioning was working great. Storage space for clothing was slim. Biggest issue was a unique outlet that did not fit with European outlet adapter that I have used in all my travels. Staff was extremely friendly!!!

The location of this hotel is really great. Numerous shops and restaurants with easy access to public transportation. Also an easy walk to Marienplatz. Our experience with the hotel room was not so good. The room was very small
 especially the bathroom. This alone I could handle, but I was very disappointed that our room would not drop lower than 28C (82 degrees Fahrenheit). In fact two of the nights of our stay our room reached 31C (88 degrees Fahrenheit). We also had one full day with no hot water. Fortunately we needed cold showers to cool off
